FAQs

When is the conference?

The 2019 summit will be held on Wednesday, May 1st and Thursday May 2nd.  SIGN UP FOR OUR NEWSLETTER to receive news and updates, including registration announcements for future events.

How long is the conference?

We listened to your feedback from previous years, and this year, our event is 2 full days, one day dedicated to focused workshops, the other on content and application. We have created several additional activities at and around the venue for those that want to customize or enhance their experience.

Where is Athena 2019?

Bozeman, Montana! The event location will be the historic Rialto theater, a dynamic space merging historical elements, a modern aesthetic, and a sense of reinvention. The Rialto is located on Main Street, in the heart of downtown Bozeman and within walking distance to our event hotel, RSVP.

The RSVP Motel is the official motel of the speakers, leadership team, and attendees. Once you register for the event, a special discount code will be sent your way for reduced cost rooms at RSVP, along with other local option.

Travel information will be continue to posted and updated on our website.

Who is speaking this year?

Information changes frequently as more speakers are added onto the agenda; please check our speaker page for updated information.

How much is a ticket and what does it include?

Tickets are $599 for the full event, which includes the Wednesday evening kickoff party, Birds of a Feather dinner sign ups, and then the full programming on Wednesday and Thursday.

Tickets for the full event include Wednesday workshops, evening cocktail party, presentations and programming all day Thursday, including breakfast snacks, coffees, teas, Thursday lunch, Thursday afternoon snacks and artists collective.

We typically sell out well in advance of the conference date.

Do I need to attend all the event content?

This is your investment in you! You do what feels good to you. We've designed Day 1 with two intensive workshops, and lots of fun activities so you can hopefully feel pampered and cared for as you approach the Wednesday night cocktail and Birds of a Feather dinners. We totally understand if you wanted to only attend one, or if you choose to take time to instead explore Bozeman and get some exercise.

What should I wear?

You know those clothes that you put on and make you feel great? Whether it's a pantsuit or a sweater or ankle jeans or yoga pants. Wear that. You do you.  During the day, you will be moving throughout the event location, including up and down stairs, so wear comfortable and appropriate clothing and shoes.

Are men welcome at the Athena Pack?

Most warmly! If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. We believe that gender partnership is the surest way to create workplaces that work for everyone. While the majority of our attendees are women, men are starting to attend in greater numbers and typically find the day’s programming unique and enlightening.
